This full-service planning package includes a vision meeting, budget management, venue scouting, search and booking vendors, purchasing event décor, setup and breakdown onsite, itinerary for the day of the event and/or special guest speakers and the use of available rentals. Heart and Soul Events will be the onsite point of contact for all your vendors and be a resource for you and your staff from beginning to end.

Our Month-Of packages are recommended for clients that have planned everything but still would like some assistance during the month(s) leading to your event day. This planning package includes a liaison for all of your vendors with final walk-through and meetings, providing an itinerary for the day of the event and/or special guest speakers and the use of available rentals. Choosing this package will allow you and your staff to enjoy the event with the confidence of knowing it will be handled with excellence. Heart and Soul Events will be on site to execute your event from beginning to end.

Our Event Planning and Decorating package is for the client that has planned, booked, purchased and reserved all vendors for your event. Selecting this package for your event will allow Heart and Soul Events to be onsite the day of the event for setup. We will execute your vision with close attention to every detail to make your occasion is memorable for you and your staff. This package includes setup, breakdown, and use of available rentals.
