Our full-service planning and event design is an all-inclusive package. We will work with you to ensure that every detail of your vision on your special day is handled with care. This planning package includes a vision meeting, budget management, venue scouting, search and booking vendors, itinerary for the bridal party, planning checklist and the timeline for your rehearsal to reception. Heart and Soul Events will be the point of contact for all of your vendors and be a resource for you and your family. On your special day, the Heart and Soul team will be on site to execute the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

Our Month-Of packages are for the couple that has planned everything but still would like some assistance during the month(s) leading to your special day. This planning package includes a liaison for all of your vendors with final walk-through and meetings, providing an itinerary for the bridal party, a timeline for your rehearsal to reception. On your special day, the Heart and Soul team will be on site to execute the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

Our Day-of Coordination package is for the couples who have completed everything on the list but still need assistance on their wedding day. This will help you relax and enjoy the vision that you have created. We will become your liaison for all of the vendors, provide an itinerary for the bridal party, the timeline for your rehearsal to reception.  On your special day, the Heart and Soul team will be on site to execute the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
